We at Fowler Production have confidence that you will be completely satisfied with your purchased products. However, we also understand that from time to time, you may need to return a product purchased fromFowler Production. To expedite your return efficiently, we provide this online form to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (or RMA).

Please Note: All returns for credit are subject to a %15 restocking fee and are allowed only within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Whenever returning an item to Fowler Production, we require the following packing and shipping methods:

• Lamp hours can not exceed 4 hours of usage.
• Please return all products in their original packaging with original documentation.
• Clearly place the RMA # on a label and attach it to the outside of the box.
• Please do not write the RMA # directly on the box.
• Include the RMA# in the "Ship To" address line. Otherwise customer will pay shipping cost, and must insure the package for the purchase value.
• Acceptable shipping carriers are UPS ONLY. Do not send return merchandise via U.S. Mail by any method.
• Products returned by U.S. Mail will not be credited or exchanged.
